Meet the staff: Sophia ('98) was raised in Amsterdam, but with her Italian background she hasn't missed anything from the Italian cuisine and hospitality. Speaking multiple languages she has no problem to chat and to make you feel part of 'la famiglia'. With multiple years of experience in the hospitality branch, and a love for Italian food and wines she can perfectly combine the two. Interested in her work? Meet the staff: Davide ('92) is born and raised in the city of love; Rome. That might explain why he puts love in everything he creates. With over 10 years of work experience he has created exceptional skills as a barista, bartender and waiter. After working for the crème de la crème he decided to begin a new experience exactly how he likes it: with passion and precision. Interested in his work? Come and try a coffee, or his favourite drink, a Negroni!

Meet the staff: Paolo ('83) has been living in Amsterdam for over six years. He began at 20 years old as a waiter in a restaurant in his hometown Turin, but quickly grew to be an exquisite chef. Now, after 10 years of cooking, he has build up an enormous amount of experience with food and it's products, able to make classic Italian dishes, but also to revisit them in a modern way, creating not only beautiful but also exciting new Italian dishes.
